Razorock safety razor Daily DOC Open Comb with Cyber Handle
Razorock Daily DOC Open Comb with Cyber Handle: the safety razor that redefines daily efficiency The safety razor Razorock Daily DOC (Double Open Comb) is designed to deliver an impeccable shave every day while still handling multi-day beards with ease. Thanks to its bilateral open comb and precise blade geometry, this model combines smooth glide, control, and a MILD-plus level of aggressiveness that also protects sensitive skin. Controlled aggressiveness: MILD-plus with a spirited edge The Daily DOC Open Comb is slightly more efficient than the renowned RazoRock DE1, yet it stays within a comfort range that minimizes redness and micro-nicks. The MILD-plus classification allows you to:
- Safely remove 48-72 hour beards without pulling.
- Minimize the pressure needed: the weight of the safety razor does the work for you.
- Avoid irritation on the neck and jawline, common problem areas for sensitive skin.
- Maintain a “soft” audible feedback, indicating minimal blade vibration.
Premium materials and CNC manufacturing made in Canada Milled from polished 316L stainless steel, the Daily DOC offers corrosion resistance that lasts a lifetime. Produced in Ontario using German CNC machines, it guarantees micrometric tolerances and flawless finishes.
- Head weight: about 33 g for natural glide across the face.
- Cyber handle weight: about 60 g, balanced for control and stability.
- Total weight: about 93 g, ideal for leveraging gravity without tiring the hand.
- Total length: 97 mm, the perfect compromise between maneuverability and stability.
Cyber Handle: futuristic ergonomics The Cyber handle features deep geometric milling for a secure grip, even with soapy hands. Its slightly tapered profile makes wrist rotations intuitive, simplifying work in tricky areas like mustache, chin, and sideburn contours. Advantages of the Double Open Comb system
- Continuous self-lubrication: the two combs retain a micro-layer of lather between blade and skin, reducing friction.
- True anti-clogging: wide channels direct debris away from the edge, reducing the need for frequent rinsing.
- Greater cutting depth: the open comb lifts hair before the blade makes contact, cutting closer to the skin.
- Versatility: easily handles both fine and coarse, curly beards.
Blade Rigidity = Shave Precision The true secret of the Daily DOC lies in its extremely high blade rigidity, achieved by clamping it very close to the cutting edge. The result is zero “chatter,” maximum control, and a clean cut from the first pass. Reasons to choose the Daily DOC with Cyber Handle
- Combines gentleness with efficiency: MILD-plus level perfect for sensitive skin and multi-day beards.
- Reduces environmental impact: replace only the blade, not plastic cartridge blocks.
- Offers advanced ergonomics: the Cyber handle ensures a firm grip and modern look.
- Built to last: 316L stainless steel, solid machining, and mirror finish.
- Adapts to your needs: simply change the blade brand to adjust aggressiveness.
A conscious choice for your grooming routine The Razorock Daily DOC Open Comb with Cyber Handle elevates the concept of a daily safety razor, combining premium materials, ergonomic design, and balanced aggressiveness. If you want a reliable, sustainable tool that turns every shave into a moment of self-care, this model will serve you well today and for years to come. Made in Canada
Tightening a safety razor correctly does not mean cranking it down hard until you damage the threads. Proper tightening usually involves a small final turn once you’ve reached the stop. In addition, to preserve the handle’s threading, it’s recommended to always join the head and handle while keeping them perfectly straight and aligned.
A well-maintained safety razor lasts a long time and stays looking good, which is why cleaning after every use is an essential step. Daily maintenance doesn’t require complicated procedures: after shaving, rinse thoroughly with warm water and a mild cleanser (such as hand soap or shampoo), then dry each part carefully.
We also recommend not leaving the blade installed and dirty in the razor. If it stays damp and covered with residue, the blade can start micro-oxidation; over time these marks can transfer or leave stains on the razor as well, worsening the appearance of the finish.
Special attention for zamak razors: with this material it’s important to disassemble, rinse, and dry every single component after use. In particular, the top cap thread is an area where water and residue can easily build up: if neglected, over time this can trigger corrosion and wear, eventually weakening the thread and compromising functionality.
To protect materials and finishes, avoid any “extreme” methods: do not boil the razor, do not put it in the dishwasher, and do not use harsh products or aggressive procedures. Even on high-quality razors, these practices can damage chrome plating, anodizing, and other coatings.
Do you have a brass razor and want to restore its shine? A simple remedy is to soak the components in a bowl with lemon juice for about 10–15 minutes. Then rinse and dry with a soft, scratch-free cloth for a clean, bright finish.
