Payment Methods
You can choose to pay for orders placed on the website rasoigoodfellas.com using a credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or Scalapay (allowing you to pay in 3 monthly installments with no fees). If any of these payment methods are temporarily or permanently unavailable, this will be clearly indicated at the beginning of the purchase process. Unavailable payment methods will not be visible during the checkout phase.
The accepted credit and debit cards vary depending on the selected payment method.
If you choose “Pay with PayPal” as the payment method, the following credit cards are accepted:
Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, Discover.
If you choose “Credit Card” as the payment method, the following credit cards are accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
If you select Scalapay as the payment method, the following credit cards are accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
When you pay with Scalapay, you will receive your order immediately while paying in 3 installments.
Scalapay is active in the following countries:
ITALY, BELGIUM, GERMANY, FRANCE, SPAIN, THE NETHERLANDS, AUSTRIA, PORTUGAL AND FINLAND
Whether you choose to pay by credit card, PayPal, or Scalapay, the order amount will be charged at the time the order is placed, which coincides with the conclusion of the online contract.
Bank Transfer
You will automatically receive the bank details via email to complete the transfer.
The order will be processed once the exact total amount has been credited to our bank account.
Important: Be sure to include the exact order number in the payment reference; otherwise, delays in processing may occur.
Transfers with incorrect amounts will not be processed until fully reconciled.
Please note that if payment is not received within 15 calendar days from the order date, the order will be canceled.
The cash on delivery payment is valid only for Italy and foresees a surcharge of € 5.00 which will be included, together with the shipping costs (if applicable) in the total amount of the order (maximum 900€). Payment must be made directly to the courier, in cash upon delivery. We remind you that the courier may not have any change, so we suggest you prepare the exact amount to hand over.
Please note, this payment method is valid for orders of maximum 900€ total.
VAT and any other applicable taxes are EXCLUDED in the price of all products on the Site and in the shopping cart.
Choosing Local Pickup shipment, you will send a transport company to take your Goods in our warehouse (when ready). Our Staff will write you about the number of cartons/pallets and total weight of your shipment.
