Barbieri Uniti supplies approved business customers through www.barbieriuniti.com. Choose from the payment methods available for your order at checkout. Availability can depend on your account, delivery destination, order total, shipping service and the payment provider’s requirements.

Credit and debit cards

Select Credit / Debit Card and follow the payment instructions at checkout. The payment form shows the supported card options and any authentication required by your card issuer. Payment is requested during checkout; a failed or incomplete payment must be resolved before an order requiring advance payment can be processed.

Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link may also appear as payment options. Their availability depends on the options offered at checkout and, where relevant, your device, browser and payment account.

PayPal

Select Pay with PayPal or Credit Card and follow the instructions provided by PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or, where PayPal offers the option, pay by card without creating an account. Payment without a PayPal account is not available in every case.

Bank transfer

Select Direct bank transfer. The order email provides the bank details and payment instructions.

Transfer the exact order total and include your order number in the payment reference. We process the order once the full amount has reached our bank account and has been matched to your order. A transfer confirmation alone does not establish that the funds have been received.

If the amount or payment reference is incorrect, contact [email protected] with your order number so that we can reconcile the payment. Processing may be delayed until the discrepancy is resolved.

If payment is not received within 15 calendar days of the order date, the order will be cancelled.

Cash on delivery — Italy

Cash on delivery is available only for eligible orders delivered in Italy using a compatible shipping service. Availability depends on the order total and shipping option selected. You can use this method only when it is offered for your order at checkout.

A €6 cash-on-delivery contribution is added to the order total when this method is selected, in addition to any applicable shipping charges.

Pay the courier in cash on delivery. Cheques are not accepted. Prepare the exact amount, as the courier may not be able to provide change.

Scalapay

Where offered at checkout, Scalapay lets you pay for purchases up to €1,500, subject to its approval and conditions. The amount approved for you may be lower.

The product-page widget can display 3, 4, 6, 9 or 12 instalments, as well as payment in full. It indicates a minimum purchase amount of €200 for the 6-, 9- and 12-instalment options. These illustrations do not guarantee that every plan is available or suitable for every business purchase: use the options actually offered and approved for your order in the Scalapay payment flow.

The standard Pay in 3 plan has no interest or additional costs when payments are made on time. Pay in 4 may include a service fee. Longer financing plans may include interest, fees or taxes: review the interest rate, APR, pre-contractual information and total amount payable before confirming. Late payment may also result in charges under the applicable terms.

Instalments are charged automatically. The first is normally charged at purchase, but amounts and dates can vary, including a higher first instalment or a deferral where expressly offered by Scalapay. Follow the schedule confirmed for your purchase.

An approved instalment payment does not require you to settle all instalments before we dispatch the order. Product availability and normal order preparation and delivery times still apply.

Wallet payment

Your Wallet holds credit in your Barbieri Uniti account. You can check your balance and use the top-up option from your account, following the payment instructions displayed.

You can use your available Wallet credit to pay for an order in full or, if the balance is insufficient, apply it towards the order and pay the remaining amount using another available payment method. Choose the Wallet option at checkout and review the credit applied and the balance still to pay before submitting the order. Wallet credit is not automatically applied to a partial payment.

Order totals and confirmation

Prices are expressed in euros (EUR). Product prices exclude VAT. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any payment contribution are identified in the order totals. Review the final amount before submitting your order.

The minimum order is €150, calculated on the product total after discounts, excluding VAT and shipping, for every customer category.

Your order is accepted automatically and the contract is concluded when you complete checkout. Payment and processing then follow the requirements of your selected method, as explained in our Terms and Conditions.
