100 Half Razor Blades by Dorco

100 Dorco Blue Half Razor Blades

Dorco Blue Razor Blades are a high-quality product, ideal for those who prefer traditional shaving. These blades are pre-cut, making them perfect for use with razors such as shavettes, straight razors, or single edge razors.

The Dorco Blue Razor Blades are the result of Dorco’s production experience, a leading brand in the shaving sector. Made with superior quality steel, these blades have no additional coatings, ensuring excellent sharpness. This allows for perfect shaves and precision finishes thanks to the Sharp&Round technology, which allows the blade to be both sharp and rounded at the same time.

The Dorco Blue Razor Blades are high-performance razor blades: smooth, perfectly sharp, and long-lasting. They do not scratch or irritate the skin.

Dorco Blue Razor Blades vs Dorco Prime (red)
The main difference between the Dorco Blue Razor Blades and the Dorco Prime (Red) lies in the steel used for production. The Prime versions use Japanese manufactured steel (Japanese stainless steel).

Fun Fact:
In Dorco’s Double Edge razor blades, the Prime versions (of superior quality) have blue packaging. However, in the pre-cut razor blades, the term Prime is reserved for blades with red packaging.

Dorco, a market leader in the East for shaving products, was founded in 1955 and in nearly 70 years of activity, the brand’s steadily growing popularity has allowed Dorco to expand its factories and production lines both at home (South Korea) and in Vietnam, becoming a true giant in the metalworking industry.

What are the advantages of using pre-cut razor blades?
For a professional, who uses the shavette (freehand razor with interchangeable blades) throughout the working day, both for refining haircuts and for shaving, the choice of a pre-cut blade is practically obligatory.
The razor blade, having to be necessarily replaced after each use, must support the barber and not hinder him.
Breaking a double blade in 2 by folding it on itself is an imprecise operation because the metal tabs can bend excessively, often making the insertion of the broken razor blade into the shavette more laborious than it should be.
Every minute dedicated to these superfluous operations is a minute of earnings gone up in smoke.

For home use, using a pre-cut razor blade makes the insertion of the razor blade into the shavette more comfortable, simple, and risk-free.
