How Pre-Orders Work on Barbieri Uniti

We have developed a beneficial system to allow you to pre-order future products without having to pay now for what you will receive later.
Isn’t it annoying to pay for Pre-Orders months in advance? At Barbieri Uniti you are free to pay only 10% in advance of the product price! We can see it as a kind of simple deposit! The remaining balance will only be due when the product is available in our warehouse and ready for shipping. Of course, if you prefer, you can also decide to pay the full amount immediately.

How does payment work? When the product is available, you will receive an email with all the instructions to complete the payment. If you don’t receive the email, don’t worry: you can always complete the payment directly from your account on our site.

Limitations on purchases It isn’t possible to add a Pre-Order product and an available product to the cart at the same time. In this case, the Barbieri Uniti system will notify you and ask you to remove one of the two products to proceed with the purchase.

It is always possible to place multiple Pre-Order products in a single order, but to avoid slowing down the processing of the order, we recommend doing it only and exclusively for products that share the same release date, for example: You are about to purchase a product scheduled for release in April 2025. Your order can include every product from this pre-sale because the release date does not change and it will be processed all on the same day.

But what happens if you place two products with different release dates in the same pre-order? The first will be released in April 2025, the second in June 2025 This means that your entire order will only be processed when all the merchandise is available, which is in June 2025! Neither we nor you want this! :). Of course, we can always cancel the order and suggest you redo it but as always, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

What happens if you place an order with pre-order and stock items?
If you have both pre-order and stock items in your shopping cart, the entire order will only be shipped when all items are ready for delivery. In order to receive already available items sooner, we recommend that you place separate orders

Please Note: Once the product is available in stock, you will have 3 days to complete the payment of the balance. If you do not do it within this period, the system will automatically cancel your order. Your deposit (or security or however you prefer to call it) of 10% will be automatically refunded but (try to understand us, we are holding merchandise for you) after 2 cancelled and refunded pre-orders, we will evaluate whether to remove or limit your account on our e-commerce.

Payment methods available for Pre-Orders For Pre-Orders, you can use Bank Transfer (the payment terms are identical to those of standard orders), Credit Card and PayPal. We don’t accept Pre-Orders with payment via Scalapay and Cash on Delivery. These payment methods will remain available for products that are already available.
